What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Returns costs are the responsibility of the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Are any purchases final sale?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
When will I get my order?
Each order is made to hand and takes approximately two weeks.
Once dispatched (with Royal Mail or DPD) it will take a further 2-3 days to reach you, depending on the service selected at checkout.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made by hand in our Sussex-based atelier, working the finest leather hides with traditional methods. Hand-cutting, edge-finishing and saddle-stitching are traditional techniques so timeworn and trusted that they have changed little in the last century.
How much does shipping cost?
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY (INC. NORTHERN IRELAND):
Standard: 3-5 working days. £5.00
Express: 1-2 working days. £7.00
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY:
European Standard Delivery. £15
Rest of the World Standard Delivery. £30
These charges are for delivery only, therefore all non-UK customers will be responsible for any import duties, charges and local taxes.
All orders are shipped with DPD or Royal Mail. Once dispatched you will be sent your tracking number and updated on your parcel's progress text/email.
